    Downtowns are iconic and powerful symbols for a city and often contain the most iconic landmarks, distinctive features, and unique neighborhoods. Given that most downtowns were one of the oldest neighborhoods citywide, they offer rare insights into their city’s past, present and future.

    Our downtown is the economic hub of our community and region, drawing folks from across the nation and world. Our downtown is a hotbed of youth gatherings and public activity. We are an accredited Main Street America City and dedicate a full time staff to promote and develop our downtown corridor.

    We have over $1million invested into this building already. We would sell it for a fraction of that price to the right development.
