Located two blocks from the MBTA commuter rail station to Boston's South Station (35 minutes), this Opportunity Zone project is located in the Downtown Brockton Revitalization District, the Brockton 40R Smart Growth Overlay District, Housing Development Initiative (HDIP) Program, and is eligible for Historic Tax Credits.
