    Project Narrative:

    8 million people drive through this little community every year, Interstate 80 from Salt Lake City connects us to one of the fastest growing economies in the country.
    This site sits across the Old Lincoln highway from the Bear River and Bear River Greenway. The City of Evanston would love to see this property developed in order to take advantage of that interstate traffic driving through each year.

    This area of town has incredible potential for growth because of it's location on I-80 directly on the river. Evanston has a number of low-income housing units but we lack in the nicer multi family or senior living facilities. Park City, Utah is just 30 minutes south of us making Evanston an ideal spot to develop a more affordable community.

    This site is really open for interpretation, it could be developed into a number of things. The City would love to help you benefit from this property so close to the interstate
